Fees
I charge $175 per hour for all counseling services. I accept payment at the end of each session, and presently use Square and Stripe for all transactions.
While I do not accept any form of insurance, I am happy to provide you with a receipt (super bill) for all sessions that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. I urge you to check with your insurance provider prior to our first session to what their reimbursement rate is for the following billing codes:
- CPT 90837: 60 minute individual session
- CPT 90832: 30 minute individual session
- CPT 90847: 50 minute couple session
- CPT 90847: 60 minute family psychotherapy
- CPT 90846: 60 minute conjoint family therapy without patient present
When inquiring about reimbursement rates with your insurance company, please keep in mind that I practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #: PC006904).
Please note, any time spent on legal matters, including ROIs, preparation of documents, depositions, and/or testifying in court, will incur a cost above my session rate.
At this time, I am not accepting clients on a sliding-fee scale, but am always willing to make referrals and discuss various treatment options over the phone.
